Renata D'Aliesio
The Globe and Mail Deputy head of enterprise and investigations
Toronto, Canada
I’m a long-time reporter who took the plunge into editing this year. My role involves working with reporters and data journalists to help shape The Globe and Mail's investigative stories. The Globe is Canada’s preeminent national newspaper. Its data-journalism investigations, such as Unfounded and Easy Money, have been recognized globally. In my previous life, I was an investigative reporter for The Globe, a politics and environment reporter for the Calgary Herald, and a crime reporter for the Edmonton Journal.
