One of the by-products of the State of Open Data report is a dataset of actors, initiatives and themes where people are working on open data. Together with our authors, we would like to share our actor mapping, see where there are gaps and under what type of action might help to create a better innovative environment there. how can we identify who is influential, what is missing, how best to leverage best practices through peer-to-peer learning, and where we need to put more efforts.
