Open Data in North America, Australia & New Zealand

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Despite signs of progress in the open data movement in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, there are ongoing challenges in this region including vulnerability of open data initiatives to political tides, disconnect between national and subnational programs and low uptake of open data. This session will provide a forum for open data leaders to share best practices, report on notable progress, discuss cross cutting challenges, identify opportunities for collaboration and deliberate on the future of open data in the region. The session will feature lightning presentations and a workshop.
