This space introduces cases that show how to build capacities to promote the use of open data in key topics for LatinAmerica such as fighting corruption, government transparency and improving public service delivery. Through cases coming from the public sector and civil society in Bolivia, Costa Rica and Guatemala  we reflect on the way forward to build capacities for open data use in Latin America
