En los últimos 5 años ha emergido en América Latina una generación de activistas, empresas, start ups, empresas y gobierns  han avanzado una agenda de apertura y uso de la tecnología cívica de manera ambiciosa. ¿Pero que ha funcionado  y que no ha funcionado en este tiempo? ¿Quiénes son y cuáles son sus características? ¿Cómo podemos ayudar a potenciar este ecosistema y cuáles son sus límites? En esta sesión exploramos estas preguntas de la maneo de una nueva herramienta para visualizar y potenciar estas conexiones con una visión de Latinoamericana

In the last 5 years a new generation of activists, businesses, start-ups and governments advanced an ambitious agenda of openness and use of civic tech. ¿Who are they and which are they characteristics? ¿How can we enable this eco-system and which limits does it face? In this session we explore these questions guided by a new tool to visualize and foster collaboration in this ecosystem from a Latin American perspective
